Here I share what works for me, which is the heart of this little book. The desire to seek something beyond ourselves is universal, and we learn by studying and connecting with one another. This second version includes my new discoveries.

Connecting with the Eternal is simple, much like building a bond with another person. However, nurturing that bond requires care, similar to tending to a plant. When watered and nourished, relationships flourish; if neglected, they wither.

In this book, I will outline six key aspects of nurturing a relationship with the Eternal that have resonated with me. My goal is not to prescribe a one-size-fits-all approach but to inspire insights, encouragement, and curiosity, which drive our quest for truth.
